Unfortunately, because of the nature of our products and because we can NOT ensure that you will not erase our software, scripts or templates from your computer, we can NOT issue any refunds after a purchase has been made. If product has not been delivered yet then we will issue a refund. NO exceptions!

Please make sure you read carefully the product features and capabilities and if you still have questions, please do not hesitate to direct them to us before purchasing product.

We are a small company and we strive to deliver the best. As a small company you can make sure that your purchase will go towards the continue development of our products.

In some very special instances, we may be able to issue credit towards any of our other products. As we grow we might be able to improve this policy.

Refunds, Upgrades and Support

Because of the digital nature of our product we do not provide refunds. Please evaluate the demos on our site and address any issues before purchasing.

Similarly, once we deliver your software we can no longer change the program name, company name or website associated with it (unless the name needs to be changed due to a mistake in the program branding on our part). This is necessary to prevent abuse of our services. A new purchase will be required to create a separate program with a different name/company name/website.

In the event that you find a bug or mistake in your software, we will fix it immediately at no cost. When we release a new minor version of our software, we will provide free upgrades to all customers. When we release major version upgrades, if you purchased your software within the previous 120 days we will upgrade your software for free. Otherwise, at your discretion, we charge a standard $24.99 upgrade fee that covers the time it takes to rebuild your software from scratch. In general a major version upgrade will increase the software's rebranding price by more than $24.99, so you will actually save money by purchasing early.

You are expected to provide support to your customers, and we will provide support directly to you. In extreme situations, at our discretion and with your permission, we may contact your customers to resolve particularly difficult support issues.
