Is the custom work you do for me exclusive for my company, or will you sell it to other customers/companies?
Any custom programming we do is completely exclusive to you/your company. We will never sell it to any other customers/companies, or use it ourselves.

If you do custom programming for me, do I get to keep the source code?
Yes. If we create a program for you from scratch you will get the source code in it's entirety. If we make modifications to an existing brandable program we will deliver the source code for only the features we have added.

I would like to add some features to one of your existing brandable programs. Is this possible?
Yes. We are happy to add features to existing programs.

Is it possible to suggest a program for you to create as a brandable program at some time in the future?
Yes. If you don't mind waiting a bit, and don't mind the program not being exclusive for your company, then feel free to suggest programs any time. If we decide to create it, and you was the first one to suggest it, we will give you a discount on the finished product.
